Shipping

All Shipments We have real-time shipping configured into the site. You must select the shipping method that you require and that price will be applied to your order. If more than one option is available selections will display for you to choose.

US and Overseas Shipments

As we are located in Canada, all shipments going to countries other than Canada are subject to Border Inspections from the destination country. That may affect shipping and for that reason we cannot guarantee shipping times.

Returns

All efforts are made to clearly display and describe the products sold on this site in order that you may purchase the ones suitable to you. If you have any questions about our products we are happy to answer them prior to your purchase. All sales are final.

Should you receive a product that is defective in manufacture it may be replaced at the discretion of Willow Leaf Studio.
